Dr. Chung-Sen Yang, the founder of New Hope Law Firm, is the honorary chairman of our firm. Mr. Martin Chiu is the member of both Taipei and Shanghai bar association; he is also admitted to New York. Mr. Chiu joined us in October 2015.
